Human Resources Director Completes Advanced Training

Posted 6/30/2015

American Lutheran Homes and Grace Lutheran Foundation is proud to honor Human Resources Director Bryan Bessa for completing the Leading Age Wisconsin I-LEAD program. The program is designed to help train future leaders in the senior care industry in Wisconsin.

“I’m honored to have been chosen to participate in the program and thrilled to bring back the skills I learned to all of our great employees at Grace Lutheran Foundation,” Bessa said.

The I-LEAD program stands for learn, empower, achieve and deliver. After many months of work, studying and face-to-face group projects, the few leaders chosen for the program developed new skills in a broad range of subjects such as diversity, leadership, motivation, mentoring, learning styles and collaboration.

Mike Christensen, Grace Lutheran Foundation’s C.E.O. said, “We are grateful for leaders like Bryan Bessa who desire to continue their education which will directly benefit our friends and neighbors who we take care of on a daily basis, as well as our valued staff members throughout the organization.”

American Lutheran Communities has been helping our friends and neighbors in communities all over the western Wisconsin since 1949. The non-profit organization specializes in rehabilitation, assisted living and skilled nursing at American Lutheran Communities - Menomonie and Autumn Village Assisted Living in Menomonie and American Lutheran Communities - Mondovi and Hillview Senior Living located in Mondovi.
