Our community is comprised of four facilities designed to meet the individual needs of seniors and the disabled. Located in the hometown charm of Menomonie and Mondovi, Wisconsin, we are proud of our not-for-profit, faith-based senior care programs that offer an array of services from long term care to rehabilitative care to assisted living. Our roots are in the community and, unlike national chains, we re-invest 100% of our profits back into our facilities. Autumn Village
A residential care home blending independent apartments with supportive services. We offer residents security, privacy, social opportunities, and more. The building is attached to ALH Menomonie on the edge of Wakanda Park.

American Lutheran Homes - Menomonie
A 50 bed skilled nursing facility located next to beautiful Wakanda Park.

Galloway Homes
A 32 unit subsidized apartment building for seniors and disabled residents. It is located along the beautiful Galloway Creek that winds through the south side of Menomonie.
